The Phantom Strikes for ALWTS Toledo Opener; Kids Getting the Right Message

phantom09.jpgTOLEDO OH (5-16-09) - The Phantom has struck; and it's a darn-good thing too.

The Phantom, a driver in the ARCA Lincoln Welders Truck Series (ALWTS), along with veteran series driver/owner Norm Weaver, addressed a very special audience of grade school kids Friday afternoon at Shoreland Elementary school in Toledo, Ohio.

Weaver, with the brand-new no. 13 Phantom Chevrolet Colorado race truck as his wicked backdrop, spoke about the importance of making the right choices, staying away from drugs and associating with the right people.

In addition, the Clarksburg, West Virginia racer encouraged the kids to pursue their dreams.

"Maybe you want to be a race driver; maybe you don't," said Weaver while the Phantom watched in eerie silence.
