TOLEDO, OH: (10-3-09): A hearty, good-sized crowd braved the cold and several rain delays at Toledo Speedway Saturday night for the 21st running of the Glass City 200 Late Model invitational presented by AP Motorsports. Veteran Dave Kuhlman claimed the huge victory after years of frustration in this race, which featured outstanding racing action and a pair of sensational long green flag runs.

TOLEDO, OH  (10-2-09)--  The rain disappeared in time for the 2-hour practice session Friday afternoon at Toledo Speedway in preparation for the 21^st running of the Glass City 200 Late Model invitational presented by AP Motorsports.  36 Late Models were on hand, with Scott Hantz ripping off a lap 15:061.

TOLEDO, OH: (9-29-09): Drive Train Specialists (DTS) of Warren, MI has bolstered their involvement with this Saturday's Glass City 200 Late Model invitational presented by AP Motorsports at Toledo Speedway by adding an extra $500 in certificates to their already-posted $300 in awards. DTS also is the sponsor of the last-chance race for the 21st running of the 200 lap classic at the ½ mile paved oval.

TOLEDO, OH: (9-28-09): Recently-crowned ARCA Hantz Group/Allegiant Air Gold Cup champ Mike Root and 2-time track champion Dave Kuhlman have registered entries for Saturday's 21st running of the Glass City 200 Late Model invitational presented by AP Motorsports at Toledo Speedway.

TOLEDO, OH: (9-17-09): For Jerry Cook, returning home is special. To come home and be able race in the 21st running of the Glass City 200 Late Model invitational presented by AP Motorsports Saturday, October 3 at Toledo Speedway just makes the trip all that more great. Cook will pilot the #06 car owned by Gary and Sheila Slocum at the ½ mile paved oval next weekend.

TOLEDO, OH: (9-25-09): Track officials have announced that the ARCA Speedway Tire and Auto Factory Stock class will be added to the Glass City 200 weekend presented by AP Motorsports. The addition of the division for the Saturday, October 3 event will see practice, qualifying and feature races for the group, with all their action on the ¼ mile paved oval.

TOLEDO, Ohio (September 28, 2009)--The deadline for submitting the Driven Women Scholarship application is extended to October 10, 2009. Two scholarships in the amount of $500 each will be awarded at the November 6 Flat Rock/Toledo Speedway Championship Awards Banquet.

TOLEDO, OH: (9-18-09): The beautiful weather conditions of the past 2 weeks held up at Toledo Speedway Friday evening for the Wendy's Hamburgers Night of Destruction. And the huge crowd that made the trip to the Glass City track was treated to a great night of fun and excitement, capped off by the hard-hitting, slam-bang School Bus Figure 8 race. Troy Herrmann captured the main event. Wendy greeted the fans and was busy with giveaways and entertaining the crowd with track announcer Gary Lindahl the entire night.

The Toledo Speedway Public Flea Market and Racer's Flea Market is on Saturday, October 17, 2009, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
